Position Summary: We are in search of a Lead Financial Planner with RDR Level 4 qualifications to contribute to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of client investment portfolios and accounts to deliver FCA-compliant guidance on various financial matters, including pension transitions, investment taxation, and the appropriateness of account structures.
- Engage in comprehensive fact-finding discussions with clients to assess their financial goals, portfolio assets, timeframes, liquidity requirements, and overall financial health, leading to tailored asset allocation strategies.
- Evaluate clients' current pension and investment bond setups to ascertain the suitability of potential transfers or surrenders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal client outcomes by developing innovative resources and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain adherence to the Training and Competence (T&C) framework to ensure compliance with regulations governing the provision of financial advice.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Level 4 Qualification, such as the CII Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning or the CISI Investment Advice Diploma, is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector is essential.
- A robust understanding of Financial Planning principles and client suitability is crucial.
