Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Equator team in Manchester. This role involves working on a hybrid basis and partnering with the broader project team to ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing timely responses to inquiries and ensuring high-quality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to identify new services and offerings that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, resource assignment, project progress monitoring, and invoice generation.
  • Translate client requests and requirements into detailed instructions for project teams.
  • Partner with clients, the Account Team, and project teams to resolve project issues and ensure accurate and timely invoices.
  • Initiate new data item requests using the Master Data Management process to ensure accurate client, project, and financial details are available in the system.
  • Support profitability efforts by focusing on efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of project activities.
  • Support the development of innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Previous account/project coordination or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Basic understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
