About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consultant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers
  • Recommend and sell Clinique products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new launches and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of a visually appealing store environment and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
