Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, attract, and shortlist candidates utilizing various tools, including online job boards.
- Draft, publish, and update job advertisements while efficiently managing applications and responses.
- Establish and nurture candidate relationships, comprehending their requirements and aspirations.
- Assess candidate suitability and quality through a thorough screening process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong client relationships.
- Effectively manage relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Assist with payroll and compliance matters.
- Work towards achieving set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain various databases, including the addition of new candidates and CV entries.
- Perform other general administrative duties as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid Driving License and personal transportation are required for site visits.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant or in a sales role is advantageous but not mandatory.
