Job Summary:

A Financial Services Administrator is required to work for our Clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers. With a strong presence in the industry, our Client offers first-class training and support and ongoing career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on the front desk with another team member, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Answering, transferring calls and taking messages where relevant, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Running reports for annual reviews and liaising with advisers to identify which clients need booking in, utilizing strong analytical skills to drive results.
  • Calling clients to make them aware that there annual financial review is due with the aim of booking the appointment in the adviser's calendar, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preparing financial review packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Running reports on client birthdays and sending digital e-cards on behalf of advisers, showcasing creativity and initiative.
  • Organising client gifts as and when requested, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ad-hoc general administration tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Must have excellent telephone manner and confident speaking to clients (happy disposition). Candidates applying must have previous experience working within professional services and be used to speaking with a variety of clients. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first-class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals.
