Role Overview:
As a Market Research Interviewer at Ipsos, you will play a crucial role in
collecting valuable insights from the public on a variety of significant and
engaging topics. Your responsibilities will include traveling to respondents' homes
to conduct in-person interviews, ensuring that participants feel at ease
while sharing their thoughts. You will clarify the survey process, address any
queries, and motivate participation. Comprehensive training will be provided.
During interviews, you will accurately document responses using provided devices
and strive to meet daily targets while upholding high-quality standards.

Key Projects You Will Engage In:

  • Public Affairs Sector: Participate in studies commissioned by the Department of
Education, Home Office, and other governmental organisations.

  • British Election Study: Contribute to one of the longest-running election
studies globally, examining political attitudes and behaviours.

  • Millennium Cohort Study: Gather data on the development and experiences of
young individuals born in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • Children of the 2020s: Longitudinal survey capturing data about child
development, family context, and educational experiences.

  • Anti-Social Behaviour Evaluation:
Assess the impact of government initiatives
aimed at reducing anti-social behaviour.

  • Barb Establishment Survey: Contribute to shaping the UK TV and advertising landscape
with detailed audience data and insights.

  • Mobi Test Travel Survey: Employ cutting-edge GPS technology to capture travel
patterns across Great Britain.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be comfortable with travel. Business car
insurance is required.

  • A friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A dependable and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
