The successful candidate will work in a general practice capacity, providing expert services in accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT reporting to the Partners.

You will be a qualified or experienced Senior Accountant/Client Manager with a strong track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your portfolio and will be responsible for:

  • Preparing statutory accounts to review stage using IRIS
  • Assisting with management accounts production
  • Providing personal taxation, corporate taxation, and VAT returns
  • Performing general bookkeeping duties using Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience within an accountancy practice and be AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. They will have hands-on experience of accounts, tax, and VAT preparation.

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive benefits package, dependent on experience and background. They will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable accounting firm and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience within an accountancy practice
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
