About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Property Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our partners and associates, ensuring the smooth delivery of our property team strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong academic background, preferably with a legal or administrative qualification. Experience in a similar role and a professional environment is desirable. Excellent written and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Team, including tasks such as document preparation and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' continuous residency in Jersey, as required by the Control of Housing and Works Jersey Law.
