At Randolph Hill Nursing Home, we prioritize compassionate care, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to become a Supportive Care Provider. This role is available at our facilities, offering both full-time and part-time positions, as well as flexible bank roles.

Competitive Compensation: We offer a leading pay structure starting at £13.36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at a rate of £17.42 per hour (time plus 33%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest standards of care within our nursing home environment.
  • Exemplify professionalism in appearance, conduct, hygiene, and behavior.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in elderly care settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, or community care. We also welcome applications from student nurses.
  • Consideration may be given to candidates without prior experience, based on their motivation to work in the care sector and the current staffing needs.
  • For advanced roles, an SVQ Level 3 qualification and team leadership experience in a care setting are required.
  • Experience with elderly individuals and knowledge of dementia care is essential.
  • Ability to effectively address and manage a variety of situations within a nursing home context.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in report writing.
