Job Summary
We are working with Hays Senior Finance to find a skilled Tax Audit Manager to join their Corporate Tax Team. This role will allow a candidate to demonstrate excellent technical skills while working with both tax and audit teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio for tax advisory services, maintaining communication with internal specialists and client teams.
- Lead complex tax audits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough documentation and compliance with standards.
- Provide detailed tax advice tailored to client needs and company procedures.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Address various audit issues, including international tax risks and the implications of regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the technical and personal development of the local or regional tax team.
- Collaborate with Directors and Partners across the organisation to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- CTA/ACCA/ACA qualification
- Relevant experience in audit of tax, and audit risk
