The Role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Operator to join our fast-growing road freight export department. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road exports, including issuing quotes, arranging shipments, and managing customs clearance processes.

As a Customer Relationship Operator, you will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams. Good communication skills are essential in this role, and prior experience in road transport and/or exports is preferable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Issue quotes and arrange shipments for customers
  • Manage customs clearance processes and ensure timely delivery of shipments
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
