About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations for an assigned programme of tree works in the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure efficient communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a field-based environment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in IT, including project management software.
- Well-developed team management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and balance demands from multiple sources.
- Excellent customer service skills.
