Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Cleaning in accordance with the specification for the premises
\u2022 Cleaning all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
\u2022 Cleaning floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork as appropriate
\u2022 Cleaning kitchen/catering areas
\u2022 Cleaning toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas
\u2022 Cleaning equipment after use
\u2022 Undertaking special cleaning programs during designated periods
\u2022 Collecting and disposing of waste
\u2022 Cleaning and maintaining waste bins
\u2022 Creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment
\u2022 Maintaining records as requested
\u2022 Refilling and replacing consumables
\u2022 Reporting faulty equipment and other maintenance requirements to the appropriate person
\u2022 Maintaining the security of premises by securing entrances/exits as appropriate and reporting potential security breaches
\u2022 Ensuring lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate
\u2022 Promoting and ensuring the health and safety of staff and visitors at all times
\u2022 Monitoring and managing stock and supplies, cataloging as required
\u2022 Maintaining specialist equipment, checking for quality/safety, and reporting other damages/needs
\u2022 Ensuring compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
\u2022 Demonstrating and assisting others in safe and effective use of specialist equipment/materials

Requirements:

\u2022 Previous experience is preferred but not essential
