Ideal Recruit Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Co-packer to join their team in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate on a production/assembly line, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of products.
  • Pack and co-pack products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Load and secure products onto pallets, preparing them for dispatch.
  • Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including heavy lifting and wrapping pallets for dispatch.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
  • Reliability, hard work, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts, in a rotating schedule.

Compensation:

A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
