KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Store Manager's representative during their absence.
- Oversee cash management, banking, and related administrative tasks when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Ensure all register operations comply with the operational guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager in managing stock control, including receiving transfers, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing merchandise for display.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide knowledgeable insights about our product offerings.
- Report any issues or non-compliance regarding company policies and procedures to the Store Manager.
THE PERSON:
