Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in supporting various projects, contributing to the creation of detailed drawings and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions across diverse sectors.
  • Support senior technicians and architects in project development and execution.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • Good understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
