Role Purpose

You will take a lead strategic role in delivering, profitability, and client satisfaction of assigned accounts within your Account Management team. You will provide additional support to your Account Director, ensuring the smooth running of team accounts, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively. You may act as a line manager to an Account Manager or Account Executive and will be responsible for their management, coaching, and development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction on assigned accounts
  • Establish and maintain key client relationships (day-to-day and senior contacts)
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies in line with client growth objectives
  • Create and implement client development plans and pitch innovative ideas to clients
  • Work with relevant teams to define and implement KPIs to measure campaign performance
  • Monitor profitability and maintain accurate projections for assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on assigned accounts

  • Work as an effective and motivated member of your Account Management team
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of client work
  • Proactively support senior team members, working to improve processes and procedures, ensuring client satisfaction and further business

Contributing to Dentsu Creative

  • Be a role model within the department, setting a strong example for Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Contribute towards creating an enjoyable and rewarding company culture
