Job Summary:

Kenton Black Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a busy finance team, supporting a Purchase Ledger Assistant, Finance Assistant, and Sales Ledger Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy finance department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Produce procedures for the accounts department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Cash control to support the Financial Controller on cash flow management.
  • Support the Financial Controller with monthly checks of trial balance and nominal checks.
  • Prepare and submit reports to support the Financial Controller.
  • Manage wage queries and upload to the bank.
  • Oversee the monthly payment run and upload to the bank.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Controller, Ledger Manager, or Finance Manager.
