Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervising Social Worker to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our foster families, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and national minimum standards.
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. You will be supported by our therapy team, who will provide reflective supervision, and our Education Advisors (EAGALs), who will work closely with our foster parents to build upon therapeutic parenting work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to foster families, ensuring they are informed, accepted, and operating within regulations and national minimum standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for children and foster carers.
- Hold a formal social work qualification and be registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Have a valid driving license and the right to work in the UK.
