Behaviour Teaching Assistant Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with special educational needs throughout their school day.
  • Maintain a calm and positive learning environment in the classroom.
  • Monitor and assist in managing student behaviour.
  • Work one-on-one with students to help them manage emotions and stay focused on tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage behaviour in a school setting, although previous experience is not essential. The company values candidates with a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting students.
