Job Opportunity: Production Operative

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join our team at a leading fast-paced food production site in Kings Lynn. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, automated production environment and receive competitive pay rates and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing foods into containers while checking the quality of the product
  • Labeling boxes and ensuring accurate labeling
  • Working on a busy production line, standing for long periods of time and completing repetitive tasks
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous factory experience beneficial but not necessary, as full training is provided
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12-£12.66 per hour (area dependent)

As a Production Operative, you will be working on a busy production line, packing foods into containers and checking the quality of the product. You will also be labeling boxes and ensuring accurate labeling. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and receive competitive pay rates and bonuses.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is able to work well under pressure. Previous factory experience is beneficial but not necessary, as full training is provided.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, attendance bonus, and the opportunity to work around school hours. Hot food and drinks are also provided.
