This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with a background in the retail sector or similar industries. The selected candidate will be part of a leading organization currently undergoing a significant IT transformation initiative.

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with essential internal stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate enhancements in internal operations, maximize the utilization of emerging technologies, and pinpoint avenues for technological automation and innovation.

Reporting to a Lead Business Analyst, the successful candidate will engage with both technical and non-technical teams to acclimate them to new operational methodologies and foster greater engagement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within IT frameworks.
  • Experience in the retail or eCommerce sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, collaborating with both technical IT and non-technical teams.
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, delivery-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A proven track record of contributing to projects in their final stages, including go-live, deployment, hypercare, and cutover phases.
