A dynamic Fintech organization established in 2016 is seeking to enhance its Marketing team with the addition of a Senior CRM Executive.

In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee email marketing initiatives, design automated user journeys, spearhead nurturing programs, and deliver insightful reporting.

The company is open to considering candidates from diverse CRM backgrounds, although a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM and Email Marketing capacity is preferred. The organization is thriving and has ambitious growth objectives for the upcoming year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and implement all CRM communications, including regular newsletters, event promotions, marketing automations, and existing customer engagement processes (both B2C).
  • Coordinate the communication and email marketing calendar in collaboration with key senior stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting of email performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team and broader organization.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of internal virtual events, including managing email invitations and follow-up communications.
  • Drive increased engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance across email, push notifications, and other cross-channel communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role, with a keen interest in the Fintech sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused position.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimizing content to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and registration conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in email marketing.
  • Experience with automation and CRM platforms (experience with MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions is preferred).
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HTML for email design is an advantage.
