We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Coach to join our team at South Thames Colleges Group. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and mentor learners to achieve their qualifications, courses, and education, health, and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of learners.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure learners receive comprehensive support.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and setting smart targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use initiative, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good administration and computer skills.
  • Willingness to achieve a GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics (if not already held).
