Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team at HolroydHowe. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

  • A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work according to the BaxterStorey core values.
