- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within logistics, transport, or supply chain.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer service principles, logistics, and supply chain management.
