Full or Part Time Qualified Hearing Care Assistant - Monday to Friday - Leicestershire

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in Leicestershire. As a Hearing Care Assistant, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their own homes to carry out fittings and aftercare, working closely with our Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
  • Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
  • Service appointments to recognise basic hearing aid faults
  • Initial introductions and case history
  • Maintenance of hearing instruments
  • Assist in training other staff

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant with a sympathetic approach and empathy, as some patients are elderly and infirm and some may suffer from dementia.
