POSITION:
Extrusion Operative - Day Shifts

WORKING HOURS:
Continental shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. 6am-6pm - Permanent Position

PAY RATE:
£13.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR EXTRUSION OPERATIVES:
- Operate and package extrusion profile lines according to specified standards
- Accurately package and load finished products
- Ensure manufactured items meet visual, dimensional, and functional criteria
- Confirm that the correct materials and markings are used for production
- Verify compliance of all outgoing products with required labeling
- Document all production metrics in the appropriate logs

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR EXTRUSION OPERATIVES:
- Previous experience as an Extrusion Operator is preferred
- Strong communication abilities
- Competent numeracy and literacy skills
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Capability to maintain pace in a high-volume production setting
- Familiarity with factory work environments
- Experience working extended shifts while on foot
