About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Inheritance Dispute team as a Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging case load and lead a team of talented professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Inheritance Dispute team, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Manage a diverse and complex case load, ensuring high-quality legal services and client care
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to share best practices and expertise

About You

We're looking for a career-driven individual with a growth mindset, who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and client care. You'll have:

  • 6+ years PQE experience in DR, with a focus on contentious probate and inheritance disputes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
  • Excellent technical skills, with a commitment to ongoing learning and IT proficiency
  • A strong business development mindset, with experience of building and maintaining client relationships
