About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our site senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the on-site logistics functions, ensuring customer schedules are received and converted into achievable production plans, and managing all on-site logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site team covering customer / production planning / inbound material planning / logistics operations
  • Ensure customer schedules are received and converted into achievable production plans
  • Manage all on-site logistics functions, including inventory reduction, digitalization, and consignment introduction
  • Liaise closely with peers and support divisional and group-driven activities
  • Work on varied projects, including inventory reduction, digitalization, and consignment introduction

Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • SAP knowledge preferred, but other MRP acceptable
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to develop and engage a team, encouraging autonomy at all levels
  • Good communication skills at all levels, including stakeholder engagement
  • English language skills with a second language preferred but not essential
