About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader at our service in Stafford. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  • Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
  • Take charge of the clinical area and ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, families, and carers.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.
  • Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
