We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Manager to join our team in Greater London and play a critical part in developing state-of-the-art flight simulators that push the boundaries of aerospace simulation technology.
Key Responsibilities- Drive process development and governance, ensuring the highest standards in quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Champion engineering tools and methodologies, enhancing performance and scalability.
- Play a pivotal role in team development, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Lead and develop a talented team of engineers and contribute to products that directly impact the future of aviation safety and training.
- Proven experience in systems engineering management, preferably in aerospace or high-tech environments.
- Expertise in process development, governance, and tools for complex engineering systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), increasing with long service and with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days
