We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Project Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
  • Assess customer needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
  • Liaise with external agencies to improve customer confidence, health, and wellbeing
  • Manage emergency situations and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
