About the Role

As a Housekeeping Director at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
* Ensure that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are maintained and replenished as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service

About You:

* Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment is highly desirable
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring and compassionate nature
