We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at Joshua Robert, a leading property consultancy firm specializing in high-quality residential surveying and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a range of Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties, providing comprehensive reports and assessments to our clients.
  • Undertake a variety of project work, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and more.
  • Manage your schedule and workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of all surveys and reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential surveying, including conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, defects, and regulations.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using survey software and technology.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
