As an FM Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Cleaning in accordance with our specifications and guidelines
\u2022 Cleaning all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
\u2022 Cleaning floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork as needed
\u2022 Cleaning kitchen and catering areas
\u2022 Cleaning toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas
\u2022 Cleaning equipment after use
\u2022 Undertaking special cleaning programs during designated periods
\u2022 Collecting and disposing of waste properly
\u2022 Cleaning and maintaining waste bins
\u2022 Creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment
\u2022 Maintaining records as requested
\u2022 Refilling and replacing consumables
\u2022 Reporting faulty equipment and maintenance requirements to the appropriate person
\u2022 Maintaining the security of premises by securing entrances and exits as needed and reporting potential security breaches
\u2022 Ensuring lights and other equipment are switched off as needed
\u2022 Promoting and ensuring the health and safety of staff and visitors at all times
\u2022 Monitoring and managing stock and supplies, cataloging as required
\u2022 Maintaining specialist equipment, checking for quality and safety, and reporting other damages or needs
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
\u2022 Demonstrating and assisting others in the safe and effective use of specialist equipment and materials
