About the Role

The Store Leader will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in the store. This will involve coaching and developing team members, managing store operations, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers
