Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to become a part of our team at Sytner Group.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the essential connection between our clients and the service department. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on vehicle maintenance, keeping them informed throughout the service process, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also collaborate with technicians and service management to ensure timely vehicle readiness. Your expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights on our range of products and services.

This position demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction, requiring you to engage with clients, establish genuine relationships, and accurately identify their needs and preferences.

Sytner Group offers flexible working patterns, which may include weekends, to guarantee that we meet our customers' service expectations.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will possess strong organizational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
