Bank Registered Nurse Position

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This will involve creating a safe and supportive environment, developing tailored care plans, and providing medicine safely. You will also be expected to make critical clinical decisions and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medication and performing clinical procedures
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
