Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their expanding team in South Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release.
  • Oversee client files from start to finish, ensuring seamless transactions and post-completion services.
  • Develop business relationships with Estate Agents and other introducers, leveraging local community networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development activities under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least two years of PQE experience in residential property or as an experienced fee earner.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal administrative support.
  • Proficiency in using both paper and electronic files.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and electronically.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire to progress in their career.
