Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the management and execution of commercial systems and procedures tailored to the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing profit margins
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments
  • Pricing adjustments and monitoring expenditures
  • Managing procurement processes
  • Overseeing insurance and guarantee matters

What We Seek:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering sector
  • A strong understanding of NEC forms of contracts (essential)
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to advance your career
