Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Senior Financial Adviser to join our wealth management team at Quilter Financial Planning. As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in providing trusted financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial advisory work, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. You will be a designated Level 4 qualified advisor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a working knowledge of investment management and be able to provide thoughtful, personalized financial planning advice to our clients.

As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for meeting with clients regularly to discuss their financial goals and objectives, and providing them with tailored financial advice and solutions. You will also be responsible for developing new client relationships and networking with professionals to identify new business opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary, company pension, sick pay, death in service, and 35 days paid holidays (including stat/bank holidays). You will also have the option to work as employed or self-employed, and will be eligible for an attractive and achievable bonus scheme.
