Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and work on a large utilities framework in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate costs and prepare tender documents for large-scale utilities projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a construction-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of the NEC form of contract and utilities projects
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
