This is a pivotal position as you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. You'll be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries, as well as proactively promoting the hotel to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize bedroom, meetings, and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries
- Proactively promote the hotel to meet client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for guests
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet client expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales-related role, ideally within hospitality
- KPI and target-driven with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and think outside the box
- Ability to come up with ideas to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth
