Main Responsibilities:- Arranging Maintenance Repairs: Coordinate with contractors to arrange maintenance repairs, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Communication with Tenants and Landlords: Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring Rent Statements are Up to Date: Ensure that rent statements are accurate and up to date, and that any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Preparing Agreements for Tenants: Prepare and negotiate agreements for tenants, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
- Arranging Inspections: Coordinate with inspection clerks to arrange inspections of properties, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensuring Safety Certificates are in Place: Ensure that all properties have the required safety certificates, and that any necessary work is completed in a timely manner.
- Deposit Deductions: Coordinate with tenants and landlords to ensure that deposit deductions are handled fairly and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
