Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering and Product to lead our engineering and product teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS solutions, engineering, and product management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, defining project requirements, establishing priorities, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to define project requirements, establish priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring best architecture, design, and coding practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant innovations into the project.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in GCP architecture and services, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong background in engineering, product management, and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and defining project requirements.
  • Ability to implement Agile methodologies and enhance productivity.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in GCP architecture and services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
