Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Class One Traffic Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional performance and results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the traffic management industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30
