As a Tender Management Lead at Unipart Logistics, you will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of warehousing and transportation bidding opportunities across various sectors, collaborating with innovative and forward-thinking colleagues from all areas of the organization to produce compelling, successful bid submissions.
Take responsibility for the assigned responses to public and private tenders and proposals across any of our sectors.
Lead and manage the 'virtual Bid team' through the established UL Bid Management framework, involving Business Development, Operations, Solution Design, Project Management, Finance, IT, HR, and Commercial.
Ensure that all proposal documents maintain a high-quality, customer-focused presentation.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the broader UL bid management team, working collaboratively to ensure continuous improvement in our processes and practices.
Act as a representative for bid management methodologies throughout the sector and the wider Unipart Logistics organization.Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in bid management within both public and private sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in senior-level operations with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Background in supply chain logistics and external bid training (such as APMP or Shipley is a plus)
