Position Overview: As the Carrier Financial Relations Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving the financial objectives of assigned Business Units by fostering robust relationships with Accounting Teams, Business Units, and relevant Stakeholders. Your primary goals will include optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and enhancing customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture connections with carriers, Business Units, and Accounting & Support Teams.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues related to strategic carriers while maintaining clear communication.
  • Increase visibility within Business Units to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Facilitate regular in-person meetings with Business Units to promote positive outcomes.
  • Track metrics to monitor progress towards financial goals.
  • Oversee Bad Debt and Delinquency positions, taking proactive measures when necessary to reduce bad debt.
  • Assist in the recovery of funded positions.
  • Provide support to the Mumbai team on escalated issues and identify training needs through the Team Leader.
  • Offer mentorship and share knowledge to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Manage critical escalations and prioritize urgent tasks effectively.
