Base Location: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days a week in the office.
Compensation: £28,072 - £32,605 plus a variety of additional benefits to support your family, finances, and overall wellbeing.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Consultant within our Metering division, you will play a crucial role in addressing intricate billing and metering inquiries. You will regularly liaise with our service providers to generate weekly reports for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication via email and phone.
- Adapt your approach to proactively manage customer relationships while consistently meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, consider the top five essential qualifications that are crucial for success:
- Experience in a Customer Service setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in generating reports and analyzing Excel data.
